I became an employee of Delaney Educational Enterprises in October of 2008. This company provides educational materials for schools throughout the United States. During my first informational session with Delaney I was told repeatedly that the public school system had funds available to purchase books, and that a sells representative could make a good living if he/she put forth the effort. With this assurance, I signed a contract to work with Delaney as a sells representative. I reside in the Sacramento area, and I began visiting hundreds of schools, talking with librarians, principals, curriculum directors, only to be informed by most of them that there were no funds available, and they did not expect any to come in. I spent $1,500.00 of my personal funds seeking to build up my business, but I have lost big time because I was only able to make a few sales.

Please be very cautious if this company seeks to recruit you. They talk very confidently that the schools receive funds every year from the federal government and the States to fund educational materials, and that these funds must be used to purchase books. I found just the opposite. A number of administrators told me that the funds did not necessarily have to be used to purchase books but could be used for teacher's training or teacher's salaries.

I believe Delaney Educational Enterprises is misrepresenting prospective employees, and that it needs to be shut down by the government. Tom Delaney, the president is a smoothe talker, using every persuasive tactic to hook you in, but be not deceived, but be wise. You will spend a lot of money and receive very little in return. It is just another ripoff. If Tom Delaney hires 200 sales representatives, and they each make two to three sales a year, totaling $2,000.00, Tom Delaney takes a cut from $200,000- $400,000 of the sales dollar while the poor sales representative takes only a cut from $2,000.00. One can hardly survive on that! No wonder why Delaney is constantly recruiting sales representatives, grossly deceiving them. His pocket book is made fatter, while the sales representative starves.

Be wise- steer clear of Delaney as you would a rattle sanake.

Delaney Educational Refutes These Claims

AUTHOR: Dawn - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, September 04, 2009

Delaney Educational Enterprises strives to do everything in our power to support our very valuable sales representatives. Our sales representatives are our most important part of our company,-we do not succeed unless they do. As such we provide training and guidance to them so that they are successful.

We wholehearted refute the claims in Don's posting. We would be happy to discuss further the Delaney Opportunity with anyone. We currently have over 100 sales representatives across the US representing Delaney and finding great success in the position.

If you would like to speak further about the opportunity, please dont hesitate to call our president, Mr. Tom Delaney, at 800-788-5557 x230. He will be happy to talk with you at length. Furthermore, wed be happy to provide the names and phone numbers of representatives that have had much success with our company and would also refute these claims based on their personal experience.
