Delaware River Gallery Dale Woodward Stole a painting from me Pennsylvania

Sent him an original Keating painting and credit card payment of $330 to exchange for a different Keating. He never shipped the new Keating. No explanation, nothing, just empty promises. After a few months of this nonsense I disputed the credit card charge, and got a refund. Told him just to send me my original Keating back. He never did. Kept promising he would, for over 18 months. He offered multiple excuses before dissapearing entirely. I contacted him by email or phone every few weeks but got nothing but excuses. Excuse after excuse after excuse.

I had a similar problem with this guy years ago when I bought some Keating prints. Ordered them from his website. Credit card charged, but nothing was delivered. Nothing at all, no explanation. Finally, after 4 months I disputed the charge, and got a refund. He called me immediately, gave me a bunch of excuses. I agreed to buy the prints, but only to pay after they were delivered. (In the end, he did ship them and I paid him).

I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. This guy is utterly unreliable.

And just now I see that his website domain name is up for sale.
