I got this email from Delkash and associates. Read it and laugh. lauren there receptionist wrote me.

My name is Lauren Pepe and I am the receptionist for Delkash & Associates. I noticed your reviews for our company and I wanted to clear up some issues.
Our company is not a fraud company, like you claim it to be. We help with loan modifications, but we are not a broker. We are a professional law office. Our boss, Ed Delkash, had issues previously, but if you read the Rip Off Report, then you would see that he paid everything back in full and cleared up the issues.
We are a legal real estate law office and we want customer satisfaction. We are not trying to scam anyone, we are only in this job to help others who have fallen on hardships and can no longer pay their high mortgage.
If you have any questions/concerns for us, then please feel free to reply to this message, or you could even give us a call.
I feel it is rude and impolite to criticize our company if you don't have any actual information about us.

what kind of a real law firm would have there receptionist write to me? lauren how did your "firm" help so many people like your website claims in such a short time? according to the california website your fake law firm was started on june 22 2009. but it takes 3 -6 to get my loan redone. funny isnt it. why didn't the only attoney "beverly powell" write me? why isn't the name of your firm powell and associates? your boss "ed" omid delkash is he an attorney? oh and the rip off reoprt on your boss "ed' omid delkash was changed within mins of the acctual complaint. was the person afraid of "ed" omid delkash to change there report.
