Dell Computer Sales Scam Atiya Fatima Fraudulent double order. Internet

On or about 1900 hours 13 Dec 2010 ( 7 PM) I was trying to order a Dell Inspiron Laptop as it was over $200 off. I wanted said laptop for my wife. Well after calling the sales rep to answer a question, she tried to make two sales out of one. Now an Inspiron 15 with 4 GB and 500 SATA for under $500 is cheap. Well, she tried  to jack the price up until I told her the internet price. She agreed and charged my AMEX 502 bucks plus change.  Next I get an email from this same rep /person telling to click on my cart to verify the order. I did, and; this women created a second sale for the exact same amount. I had no idea what she was doing. I emailed and called Dell to straighten this out. Well, they told me they could do zip to stop an order, even one with no tracking order in their wharehouse. I told this lady/rep to cancel both as she would not cancel one. She told me she would cancel both. Another lie.I refuse to pay the shipping or restocking fees  as I did not create this mess.I contacted Fedex after this BS as the sales agent put a fast track shipping on both laptops  hoping to sneak the laptops and the same duplicate photoshop software on me twice.  Fedex said to refuse the package, and so; did UPS. Even UPS earned some respect from me. I am ashamed of Dell and their foreigners who speak rotten English. These clowns are crooks in my opinion.
