I called Dell's Small Business Support support customer service number 800 456 3355 and after being on hold for 1.5 hours, I was told by Rowell Tangco to pretty much go screw myself. I can't begin to say how rude he was. I should have listened to everyone who said not to buy a Dell. I was going to purchase Dell's for the whole company but after speaking with him I changed my mind. And all after one system. Rowell Tangco accused me of falsifying information and lying, while I simply wanted Dell to either replace defective and broken laptop or provide a refund per their warranty. Rowell Tangco is the epitome of a poor customer service rep and is a typical example of the poor type of customer service Dell is supplying these days. If you would like to contact Rowell Tangco and ask him why he does not care about the clients he services or his job his email address is: rowell_tangco@dell.com

Contact Michael Dell: michael_dell@dell.com.
Your request will be expedited and given priority.

Contact the Better Business Bureau. Dell will not be able to ignore you.
Contact your State Attorney General. Let them know the case history below. The state may be able to take your case along with other complaints they've received to sue Dell.

Dell has been sued for these practices:
http://www.northcountrygazette.org/2008/05/30/deceptive_dell/

According to the decision, Dell deprived consumers of the technical support to which they were entitled under their warranty or service contract by:

Repeatedly failing to provide timely onsite repair to consumers who purchased service contracts promising onsite and expedited service;

Pressuring consumers, including those who purchased service contracts promising onsite repair, to remove the external cover of their computer and remove, reinstall, and manipulate hardware components;

Discouraging consumers from seeking technical support; those who called Dell's toll free number were subjected to long wait times, repeated transfers, and frequent disconnections; and

Failing to provide rebates that were promised to consumers.
