"My wife told me that if I didn't like the way it was....change it!"  That was a statement allegedly by Albert Feyto, General Sales Manager of Delray Kia in a PUFF PIECE in the Palm Beach Post 10-15-09.  (A "puff piece" is a fake newspaper interview which is included as part of an advertising deal.  "If you advertise with us, we'll right a nice article about you.")  The statement above was supposedly what his wife said when he commented on "I didn't like the way most salesman treated customers."  This guy also speaks of "trust".  Lets see about that!  He says Kia is "one of the best cars out there!"  Really?  Kia is the subject of complaint after complaint as one of the JUNKIEST cars ever made!  How about another laugh?  This guy says after just two weeks, they are the number one dealership in Florida!  How about some facts and figures, Albert Boy?  Back up this "trust" thing!

And there's more...lots more.  Remember Bogus Billy Heard?  Bogus Billy shut down his "operation" as the Georgia Attorney General was breathing down his neck with a multi-million dollar lawsuit regarding FRAUD and DECEPTION.  GMAC pulled the plug on Bogus due to shady financial matters.  What was one of the SCAMS Bogus was involved with?  Add On, Phoney Fees...JUST LIKE...Delray Kia, the dealership which wants your "trust".  At the bottom of the page you'll find an example.  They claim the price of the 2009 Sorento is $17,255.  Is it?  Look further.  They don't have the HONESTY and INTEGRITY to advertise the "REAL PRICE".  To make the price look lower, they add a BOGUS FEE of $799.  They think because it has an official sounding name, you will be convinced its legitimate.  It isn't.  The bogus, add-on, phoney fee con-game has spread thru the Sleazy American Car Business like maggots on the solid waste of a general sales manager!

Thios is NOT the place to buy a car.  A Kia is not the car to buy.  As most people know, the Kia has a TRACK RECORD of being PURE JUNK.

Get real Feyto.  Learn what "HONESTY" and "INTEGRITY" mean!!!

Fake Price

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 23, 2009
No you don't see Walmart with fake prices, thats because the sleazy American car buyer doesn't try to steal every last dollar of profit from Walmart. The automobile business is no different from any other retail business, it is based on profit!!! Again Jim, untill you are actually a victim of all the stupid s**t you post here, shut up and get off the internet!!!

This Is Fun!

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 21, 2009

It is always interesting to see the response when someone exposes the sleazy aspects of business.  Been doing this a long time and in various venues.  Those who have been helped or who have saved money, they are very grateful with the "thanks".  But those who who will, in some way, be hurt by the expose of course, scream like a stuck pig.  I love it!

All of us wish the car business shared the same level of honesty and integrity as most other sectors of retail, but you don't have to be too old to find out such is not the case.  This does not mean we should paint all dealers, sales people and F/I guys as slime, because that simply is NOT the case.  When you find an honest and integrity filled dealer, patronize him and let everyone you know about him.

The car business is what it is and from where we sit, it generally isn't sitting on the side of the integrity and honesty that we all want.

And guess what, you don't need to be an MBA to make the determination!  Check your paper.  Do you see Walmart publishing a FAKE PRICE and the rest of the money made up as some phoney fee?  Of course not!  But what about the car business?  Or should I say the Sleazy American Car Business!

When is the "price" not really the PRICE?  Yep, in the Sleazy American Car Business!

I enjoy saving you money, people.  And that will continue!  I do ask you to remember a few things:

1.  You are IMPORTANT!  You don't need the car dealer...the car dealer NEEDS YOU. At the first hint of dishonesty, game playing or poor treatment, WALK OUT!

2.  Read and understand each and every aspect of the contract BEFORE you sign it.

3.  Do your homework!

4.  Don't wait until the car breaks down before you look for another.  Look while it still has some life!

5.  Read and understand other reports on this excellent website.  Pay particular attention to what the customer might have done to avoid the RIPOFF.

6.  Above and beyond all.....BE A SMART CONSUMER.  Don't be a doormat, sucker or chump!

I agree

AUTHOR: Leann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 20, 2009

I agree with the previous poster.  You were not ripped off.  You are just trying to make them look bad for some reason.  My guess would be that you used to work there and got fired.  You didn't supply any information that what Albert said was not true.  Most of us know already that the price on the sticker in the window of any new car is not the price you are going to pay.  As for your claim of Kia's being crap, I decided to check some reviews on the Kia Sorento on the website edmunds.com before I spout off.  There was only one review for the 2009 and that person gave the Sorento a rating of 9.5.  Since there was only one review, I didn't feel like it was fair to judge the car on one rating.  So I looked at the reviews for the 2008 Sorento.  I found that out of the 12 reviews I read, only one person wasn't happy with her car.  She still gave the car a 7.1 rating.  The average rating was 8.6 out of a 10.  I didn't bother to see how many reviews there were.  I just wanted to see if all owners were as upset as this guys is.  So, again, I have no idea where you think you were ripped off.  By reading your post, it doesn't even sound like you even bought a Kia.
