Delsey USA Customer Service knows no servcice Hanover Maryland

Bought two travelcases online from Delsey USA. However these were never delivered and so I contacted Delsey Customer Care. They promised to look into it and said they would call me back. Through the tracking & tracing number I found out that the carrier couldn't make delivery because of an incomplete address. I re-checked my data given to Delsey and there were no errors in my address.

I contacted the carrier to find out what address they were given. The carrier does not tell you what address is given, but the carrier will tell you, after you give the address they should have, if they have that address to or if it's not (completely) matching. Needless to say I learned my address was not given completely to the carrier by Delsey.

Delsey did not call me, but I called them. Apparently, re-shipping was not an option and I was forced into their Return & Refund policy. I tried to discuss the incomplete address issue, but Customer Care showed no interest at all. Once again, the Return & Refund policy was the only option forced upon me. And, as I was told, if I wanted I could re-order online again... Really...???

Yes, I got the refund. However I was everything but pleased with how Customer Care handled my order. I provided all the details and payment for the order, but Delsey USA failed in every way. I sent Delsey USA a formal complaint, with their French branch included CC. They haven't responded till this day.

I will never buy from Delsey USA again that's for sure. Delsey products are good and worth the money, but as soon as you need Customer Care... they just don't care!
