Delta Airline Will not respond to my claim that 25,000 miles were stolen! Internet

I noticed 25,000 miles missing, so I called Delta Sky Miles and they told me that they were used by Madeline Goldberg to fly from NYC – FLA. I told them I do not know this person and did not authorize this all the said was they will file a report and they cannot give me a confirmation #. 

After several call backs they said it is not up to them that it was filed with their fraud dept. and I had to call them. 404-773-5315

Their Fraud Dept you can only leave a message, it is infuriating, I've been calling and leaving a message at least twice a week for the last month, never getting a call back!
