This company is great at sales! Once you have the warranty you have to wait 30 days before any repairs. That’s fair. As soon as you file a claim, you are lost and forgotten about. They won’t answer the phone, always sent to a hold for 20+minutes before you can leave a message but don’t bother, they are never returning your call.

They won’t pay out for any repairs. They are a complete scam!! Check out BBB, so many complaints! They have people that they pay to give them good reviews because there are so many bad ones! Stay away and go some place else. Hopefully when I am done with them, they will be out of business and Charles and Ryan will be in jail. It’s just wrong what they are doing to so many innocent people
