July 2012, I ordered catering equipment from Deluxe hire for my son's christening party. Everything was paid for in full including a deposit of £100. This company was suppose to deliver the equipment a day before the party but failed. Then few hours before the party after several calls to Bebe, the items were finally delivered. My husband and his friends decided to put the tables together to set up for the party as we were running out of time due to deluxe not keeping to their part of the bargain.
When we discovered a faulty table, I called deluxe Bebe immediately to report it so she can send us a replacement but no answer. After calling several times, I gave up and had to make do with what I have. Some of my guest were standing which was very upsetting as I paid the women in full. When the items where finally collected, I waited for Bebe to return my deposit. I have called her over 30 times but all the time she promise to pay me but it was all lies. I call her each day for more than 10times it was all empty talk. Sometimes she will speak to me as a different person but I recognise her voice this company is a SCAM please do not order from them as you will never get your deposit back. I have been pursing Bebe for my Deposit since July 2012 and it is now 11/10/2013 and still no deposit returned to me. Please stay away from this company it is a SCAM

Our customer base is strong. We stock over 2000 products from major suppliers in the hospitality and events industry. And those are some of the reasons why we remain in business today despite all the many challenges the business has faced.
Additionally, in 2013, we took the extraordinary step of instating a minimum order value of £120.00 including vat, simply because our business was overwhelmed with demand - that shows confidence.
The nature of catering and event equipment hire is inherently complex (it just is!) In this industry, 95% of customer orders return with losses, damages or breakages. We're talking about goods such as glassware, cutlery, crockery etc. It is not inconceivable that glassware or crokery may break or cutlery ends up in bins, etc. At DeluxeHire, it is rear that we cancel an order but occasionally it happens, when a customer fails to return their complete order. When that happens, we take responsibility and work closely with the customer - should they wish -to find a solution. Our close links with other hire companies ensure that there is absolutely no reason to disappoint anyone.
