This individual is the worst kind of low! He rents houses to people that do not belong to him, tries to collect the rent money, and when his scheme does not work, he tries to take you to court to get a judgement against you. Delvon Russell is a person who lives with his parents, a food. Stamp and welfare recipient. He leased a house from an owner for 12 months. After five months., when he could no longer pay his rent, he deliberately advertised and fraudulently leased the house to someone else, trying to collect the rent money and deceive the subleasor. This is a typical scam in Georgia and other states. Don't fall for it! Instead of providing the homeowner' contact information (name, address, phone, email), he tells you a story about how you need to pay cash for rent. When you refuse, he gives you an account number, stating that you need to make a deposit, then text or fax him a photo of the receipt. He gives you some account number to deposit the rent to. Meanwhile, the bank gives you a receipt, but it does not verify the receipt of funds because they are not allowed to give bank information for customers. So, now, your rent money is gone and the owner of the house has no clue what is going on. Do not sign any contracts or leases with this guy. He is a liar and a complete fraud! When I shared the information with the court, my attorney and the utility company ( which refused to provide water service because he was not the management company or owner, I was told that this "bait and switch" happens all the time! People who are being evicted sublet their house to someone else, and when the Marshalls come to evict, the person that leased from them gets thrown out and is out of their rent money. Do not do business with this guy! He's a classic con-artist!

It's ashame when an individual spends there whole scheming and getting over the system. And once their plans are foiled, then tries to burn the victim's reputation. I have never performed a bait and switch. I am not an agent, realitor, or property owner. If you google my name you may find reports of traffic violations and nothing more. Google Diamond Monique Dixon-Devereaux and watch what you will find. This is a simple case of a deceiving individual that tried to violate the law and was caught and know is trying to tarnish my name and character.
This lady who issued this report Diamond Monique Dixon-Devereaux spends her time impersonating, falsigying herself and con people about what she does and who she is. The property was subletted at which she agreed to make proper payments. Her intentions were clear to SQUAT in a property, with no intentions on making payments.
Diamond was clear that the property was not owned by myself the contract she sign to sublease clearly had all the required informaiton provided. Diamon never made any payments and was asked to leave. Even when contacted by the Owner of the property did she still refuse to communicate or arrange any type of payment. Diamond has been arrested and charged with fraud and impersonation on 2 accounts. Once in Jacksonville, FL and also in Washington, DC. She relocates from state to state, providing false business information that she owns her own company, impersonating to be a Dr, a Psychiatrist or Psychologist of some sort, but has no liscense or degree.
Please do not be fool by this lady as I was. My simple objective was to find a reputable individual or family to take over my lease. In which, I was betrayed by Diamond. And what's worst is that she has three kids that she does not take into consideration when she is conducting these acts of deception.
