Recently, my husband and I went to Demand Vacations to hear about their time shares. We were promised a free dinner and limo. ride as well as a 4 day get-a-way just for coming. After listening to what they had to offer we decided to sign-up for their entry point time share through Pahio Resorts but would allow us to use RCI vacations. We signed up with RCI credit card company and purchased a 3 year trial time share. We were then asked to come back at a later date to go through the information.

Again they tried selling a more expensive package and were willing to give us a cashiers check as well as more discounts on the time share. Financing was offered through a bank and they would supply all the documents. The sales person Lee would handle all the details.

We went home and decided not to go through this. The limo. ride and dinner was a no show and the get-away was also bogus. We also have never received our membership packet and when we tried contacting the number given to us it was disconnected.

We contacted Pahio which is where we supposedly purchased the timeshare and they have not received any of our paper work. I also called RCI which has received our payment and they also have not received any of our paperwork.

Now we are out $5,000 and a lot of time trying to find out what happened to our money as well as Demand Vacations.

Please do not do any business with this company, Demand Vacations or Pahio Resorts and carefully check out RCI if you are looking to use their time shares.
