I worked for Democracy Resources for two weeks in Eugene. I was told I would get paid $14 a hour and they changed that after they hired me. They do not follow their own employee handbook in Eugene. The handbook says you have to get 75 signatures a week, but in Eugene they have their own rules and make it 75 a day. The managers are completely disrespectful and use inappropriate language. They will fire you on the drop of a dime.
