On 3/15/11 Lila O King used my debit card 12 times at ATM machines getting only cash/no merchandize, from 1:30 AM to 4:45 AM.  3 transactions at the first ATM, 3 transactions at the second ATM, and 2 at the 3rd 1 at the 4th. Direct Express denied my claim saying I didn't protect my pin number. 

On 8/18/11 Lori Pendergrass used my debit card after changing my pin number, which Direct Express has a voice record of her doing so.  The gas station attendant can identify her and she has been seen in town on 9/8/11.  She is disabled and has a Direct Express debit card and knew how and what info was needed to change your pin number.  She stole my card from my hidden place while I was asleep and replaced it but took $60 in cash too.  When I woke up at 5:oo AM I called the police and a Sgt filed a report, but took no action to find her. It took Direct Express 5 days to get their forms to me even though thier records showed the changed pin # and use, then my changing the pin # to save my $80 balance.  The Lt Perry GCSD has failed to contact me even though he has my telephone #.

Direct Express causes the delay with their paper work and you can't talk with their fraud unit.  They expect you to respond in 10 days when they used 5-6 days to get you the forms, and provide no fax # either.  3/15 case I paid them $14 to ups a new card and 10.50 us mail to get them the forms and a night clerk at a motel where the ATM machine was could identify Lila.  9/11/11 I found out Lila had stolen clothes from another friend of mine and is doing the same to other people.
Both of these women I believe met in Greenville county Jail and have exchanged info and mo's.

The Sheriff's dept make no attempt to prosicute them to keep the public from knowing how bad the crime is in Greenville.  Both are crack heads and have pimps who supply the drugs.

The state is asking citizens to report welfare, food stamp, unemployment and abuses to our welfare systems and social security is going broke. 

Direct Express monopoly of debit cards being issued is wrong even though the Director of SS wrote me and said they were great.  All public officals should be fired and held accountable for their incompetence.  So far SC has manged to fire several Sheriff's and police chiefs but they only go to another state and get another law enforcement job.  I will attempt to get free legal help but these attorneys are in bed with the law enforcement agencies and even our new attorney general and district attorney are aware of this situation that why we voted out their predecessors.
