I hired this attorney for my daughter, for a child custody case, Feb. 29th 2008, through a website called LegalMatch.com.He answered immediately..... that was the only time he was available to talk, the initial visit. After that, he did not communicate. He had a paralegal, who answered question, that were e-mailed, like: "what is happening, what is your office protocol, what about a fee agreement" etc. etc. we found out later, this man, he had working for him was an attorney, who had voluntarily resigned from the California State Bar with disicipliniary charges, in 1988 and was legally unable to practice law.

Mr. Wright has threatened to sue me for posting a "negative customer review" on LegalMatch.com's attorney's review site.LegalMatch.com refuses to honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. He has refused to refund any money, he never sent any bills, he never filed any motions. we are no better off then before we hired him as far as legal services to render, effectiveness of this child custody issue.

He never sent any bills until 7/2/08, where he heavily padded his bill, with charges such as, " review e-mails, charges for researching Sacramento. Ca. laws and then added $1600.00 more in charges. He demanded via an email to "substitute out" after my daughter and I sent 2 separate certified letters demanding answers. he is now threatening to sue me again for sending him articles via e-mail on 'bad attorneys', he is calling them death threats.

Oh a site called www.lawyerratingz.com, there are other former clients, who rated him as bad, doing the same things, he did to my daughter and myself. This man is a snake in a suit and I am completely surprised no one has filed any charges against him with the State Bar of California. I believe, it is because he has probably intimidated them into some kind of fear, to further proceed with complaints. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company for he original charge 0f $2800.00. I had to insist on a fee agreement and then it was typed up wrong, it had a $1700.00 retainer fee was put down, instead of the $2800.00, I had put down.

he is horrible, a pathetic excuse for a man and and an attorney. He has no morals, no integrity, and is about very dishonest. He was paid and did not render any services. This is so wrong! My little granddaughter, has had to pay the biggest price of anyone!
