This so call Lawyers are a bunch of Ripoffs!!!! Let me began by saying that I was a Victim of their corruption together with the Santa Monica courthouse. They only represent Slumlords that don't want to repair their properties not only the help them get away with it no matter if they step allover the tenants rights. I was a tenant that only request to have some repairs done becuse it was hard living in those kind of conditions but all i got back was a 3 day notice to quit and a U.D summons to court even if i had the enough evidence to win my case this corrupt lawyers just know their tricks they began by joking around with the judge and clerk at the court room and then they just want to speak the whole hearing without

letting the me the defendant  say my part. i was really sure it was weird having a recess break during my first hearing because when i return The plaintiffs lawyer just hand me my judgment and that was it my hearing was over and lost my case. but on the second hearing was at 9am and the freaking Landlord and Lawyer where 2hrs late and guess what the judge still waited out for them. but not only I was denied a second inspection and declaration in case but i was stuck with a Judgment that didn't make no sense. On top of that my file was missing for a month and no one seam to care. when I called Dennis P. block Office to work something out their stupid rude secretary Dennis was really annoying and rude when

i ask for Mr. John G. contact number because he said to ask for it because he was out of bussiness cards but she denied to give me that information. On my case even if i was sure it was illegal to evict me because it was retaliation againts me, harrasment abuse by the landlord violating my privacy and enjoyment of my home and to refuse to repair the unit including broken heater which is ILLEGAL  TO HAVE IN HOME DURING WINTER. also having to deal with a clog kitchen sink for 4 months straight and i was still paying my rent. One thing that really got to me was that the day i file a Ex Parte i lost again because the Judge only wanted me to pay the judgment without even taking a look in my evidence so i was going to

be evicted soon. when i walk outside the hearing room to call the Dennis P. block office to offer me to stay and pay per day until i have a place to move their answer was ( ARE YOU CRAZY OR OUT OF YOR MIND YOU JUST FILE A EX PARTE AND COST MY CLIENT MORE MONEY BY JUST FILLING IT! NO!! YOU REALLY HAVE NO RIGHT ASKING  FOR MORE TIME SO JUST FORGET IT  YOU LOST AND WILL GET EVICTIED!!!!!) Can you imagine hearing that from a professional Lawyer??? that is not right at all this kind of law firm should be shut down once and for all.. I will agree that the law is thw law but to be step all over your rights and to lie and construct a whole different game in court just to please their clients is unlawful and Illegal. Now i'm am homeless and confuse in how to fix this situation that i'm going thru. 

If any body out there wants to get together and do something about it Post it so we can stop this firm before they keep putting more families in the street!!!
