Denny's Antenna Services No customer service Ithaca Michigan

I bought an FM antenna from DEnny's Antenna Service in Michigan. The order confirmation email or something on the website said there'd be a tracking number with the shipment notice. My order was shipped the next day, no tracking number in the email... go to the website, no tracking number in the order section of the website.

2 emails in 3 days asking for the tracking number, no reply of any kind.

That's the last time i'll order there. For a company that claims to provide excel;lent customer service and go out of their way to help the customer, I find it annoying they cant answer one of two emails in 3 days.

If you cant provide any kind of customer service, then I don't want to do any business with you. As a customer, when I have a question, I have an expectation to get some kind of service in a reasonable amount of time and 3 days isn't it.
