Denny's has a Senior card where after buying 10 breakfasts you get a meal free as well as a free beverage and a free desert as one progresses up the card. I had a completed card not using the free beverage or desert previously. I gave the waiter the card as I had done in the past and was then informed that the company changed the terms. My card said a free meal after 10 now the waiter says the cards say 'only a senior meal' !!! Well, they honored by regular ordered meal but charged me for my 'free drink' and REFUSED my desert. I have e-mailed complaints and left written complaints to Denny's with NO ANSWER!!! All I want is to find out why they changed things in mid stream and WHY I was refused my free beverage and desert
which was rightfully mine.

SO ANYTHING YOU CAN SAY OR WRITE ABOUT DENNEY'S WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME.
MYSELF AND MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN INSULTED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AT THAT DENNEY'S ON BURNET ROAD IN AUSTIN,TEXAS. PEOPLE WERE TREATED SO BAD IN THERE AND IT WAS SO FILTHY AND IT WAS SO BAD THAT IT FINALLY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS.
IF THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THEIR GENDER AND THEIR ETHNICITY AND THEIR PERCEIVED RACE, THEN WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THEY WOULDN'T DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR AGE?
I AVOID EATING IN DENNEY'S. MAYBE YOU SHOULD TOO.
