We are very happy to provide service and solutions to each and every one of our customers.  

The author of this report contacted me with a sales issue that we did our best to resolve.  Our resolution included refunded the author's account in a timely manner and provided immediate proof of the refund that occurred on June 30th, 2016.  The same date that was stated to the author.  

Unfortunately, this author was also being billed by another company that we are unassociated and unfamiliar with.  The author assumed that charge came from our company without further investigation or due diligence.

Upon receipt of the complaint, both the VP of Sales and Marketing and the VP of Operation investigated the claim and spoke with the author of this review, personally, to advise we are not associated with the charge on his card and therefore we cannot claim responsibility for this unfounded review.  Upon his realization of our accuracy, he removed his original review and posted as having been resolved.

We encourage all of our customers to give us a call with their inquiries and we will always do our best to resolve the situation with customer satisfaction a priority.  We hope that the author of this review tracks down the company that charged him and is able to recover his funds.  

Received a call from Corporate at Dental Wholesale Direct.  This report was filed without full knowledge of what had happened to my company's bank account.  Apparently another company had managed to fraudulently bill me and make it look as though it came from Dental Wholesale Direct.  There was no fraudulent activity on their part.  They do have a terribly messed up shipping departent that cannot seem to follow the simpliest of orders, (expedited shipping for example), however, nothing was done maliciously.
