Innocently I saw the ad come up for Dentech Whitening for a Free Trial. I signed up and felt I read the information clearly. They have a seperate website I have found that discribes their terms and conditions and adds that it is related to the Axis Wellness portal but I never even got anything via email or regular mail and then these other companies started using my credit card also. The sample gel does not work it is a tiny tube and before you know it your credit card is being used by these other companies ALL under the same address. The following are all linked together and will charge your credit card different monthly fees. Currently I am upto almost 200.00 a month. I had to stop my card in order to keep them from charging and I do have the disputes and documentation with my Credit card companies but what a head ache it has been. These companies that are all under and linked to Dentech Whitening are Axis Wellness Portal, Whitesmiles, Health Members, and VH Access address of 263 West Olive #130 Burbank, CA 91502. I called everyone of them and also have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't fall victum to this company and allow them to use your credit card for a range of monthly charges. So sad that we can even have this happen to us. They need to be put out of business.

The "nice" Letter from the company is a Lie

We were also taken for over 70 dollars by the  "Ivory White" free trial.

When we called the support line they said "Refunds are against their Policy", Bottom line, End of story.

We are reporting fraud.

When you report fraud on your credit card to the bank, the bank cancels the card, and issues a new one. They also give you back the money while they investigate.

This seemed to be the best action since after reading the consumer complaint sites about this company I found that many found  reported multiple charges on their cards from 70 to 90 dollars.

Banks that receive many of these complaints can cancel the service which allows the company to accept payments.

I would also suggest that a class action law suit be filed, so...

I am talking to some lawyer friends and an internet company (Employee also scammed) to explore this further and to make a website to coordinate this legal action.

Not under compulsion or restraint; not restricted or affected by; not subject to cost or tax; and so on and so on.


 


Advertising your product as a FREE trial is therefore illegal. Your so-called terms and conditions cannot apply if you advertise the product as FREE! Your useless responses to complaints quoting your terms and conditions do NOT apply if the product is advertised as FREE!
