I am warning anyone considering using this company to manager their residential rental property that they will embezzle funds which are due to you under their property management agreement. I have been shorted multiple times on the rents due. They are completely non-response to my requests for the rental payments due me and have even taunted me to tell me to fire them because they dont care.
If you sign an agrement with this company dont be surpised if you do not recieve the funds due you under their contracts as they do not believe in honoring thme. I am having to hire an attorney to bring suit against them to terminate the agreement with this absolutely terrible property management company in Denver, CO.

The company referenced on Marion Street is not licensed and is not our company. We are on Smoky Hill Rd. If this review is about us (www.denver-property-management.com) it is false. All owners receive payment within 30 days of tenant payments. There has been one exception in the 38 years in business and that was caused by Bank error. The facts alleged do not match the profile of anyone we have done business with.
