 I recieved notice of a Rebuttle to day and visited to see what was said? but what this aparent State Assistant dosnt know is about the EPA Report Given today to EPA Agents whoom agreed with me and are dispatching Inforcement Officers to the Sight! what has been going on here is Nasty People saying things like this respondant has to through dowt into my reports over the Last 4 Years so My Responce will hit this Person on the noggin with the apropreut Responce, Who is Your Imployers??? after you have responded to that I will further explain any details you may have but first Identify your self and who is your Employers" Voytilla and Largent are facing over $10,000,000.00 in Fines for unlawfull Discharge to US Waters? dose that answer every ones Questions? and the Department of Natural Resources is to be held Liable for letting it go so long and assisting the criminals invalved to get away with it, aside from Voytilla and Largent being currently shut down by the Mine Safty and Health Administration already its about time the EPA did what they are suposed to do 4 years ago but the State and or the DNR has been hindering the Investigations to Assist a Criminal, and giving Voytilla and Largent the Pride of the Kill and sparing no unbroken laws awial. So the Answer is Terorizm and Environmental Crimes, and as this respondant uses words I am familiar with I would say this person works for the State, as the State keeps trying to say every thing is a Civil Issue but is Not but just a State Cover up that when this Respondant Identifies them selves could go to jail with the Rest of them so I would just love to hear more from this Nay sayer and who they work for, as me and the EPA and FBI would like to know? as now the EPA is aware that the FBI has been invalved and they will force the FBI to respond to the Sight were Voytilla and Largent are to be Concidered Armed and Dangerouse and in Violation of Massive Felony Crimes, and the State is trying to keep the lid on it.
