i recieved a phone call from a keeny spencer i had missed his call he contacted my aunts phone then. he told her i owed cashnet 1000 dollars from a loan i did not pay he claimed. i never recieved a loan i told her she then handed me the phone he said i must pay or go to jail i was scared since i have a pending case already and did not want more court time so i said well im tryna do school and i am trying to help my family i never recied anything and he said well since you want to act dumb i am sending you to jail for years i was scared i said look i dont make much so can i pay when i get it he said no but you can make a payment arrangment. i said okay fine but once i finish school and all and help my family and all i will take all of you back to court and get my money back he said do as you feel you will lose the case. then we arrange every week 150 would be deducted from my account to pay them untill fully paid. as they took the first 150 i told a friend she told me i am so stupid i know i never recieved a thing and i am dumb for doing that she said i must stop it that sounds like fraud so he tried to take the next weeks pay but i took it out before he could he called to say he wasnt able to i said i know and said he is fake a fraud and to return my money and all he said no you want pay then fine you go to jail i asked to speake to his boss or another lawyer there he rufused for a good 15 minutes finally when i said im calling the police he stated that he would put someone on the phone he said then same accent sound like same person if u ask me his name andy brown he said you must pay 1200 how 1200 when it was 1000 now 1200 i said well im finding a lawyer so goodbye have a bless day then i hung up. they called again i was outside they called my lil cousin answerd the phone they said to her jasmine boyd she stated i was outside they said so tell her she is going to court thursday and jail friday. she asked who is it and whats going on. he did not give any info she asked for a return number and he would not give one r his name he then said tell that b***h she is going to jail and hung up she told me what happened i called him i was furios he had spoken to her a 10 yr old that way he said so he can do as he please i am not a mean person but i was so mad i went off on him boy o boy he said okay whatever jailbate. i said i was trying to be nice but f*k that i said take me to court i dont care take me to court i will sue him for all that then some he then called my aunts phone and told her that i said i he was fake a fraud and i have court thursday and that i will be introuble i told her he was a fake n yes i sure did say that and he is supposbly taking me to court. can anyone please help and tell me what i should do i have court supposbly thursday i have not recieved any documents saying that please help.
