Department of Legal Affairs Company stated I had an "enforcement action on my name" and to contact them using an attorney. Los Angeles California

Some one by the name of "Tracy" contacted me from "Dept of Legal Affairs". She said I had an "enforcement action on my name". I need to contact her right away. She sounded Indian and I could barely understand her. She stated I needed to call her right away to avoid legal repercussions. If not, I would need a lawyer. She only mentioned my first name thru the entire phone call, not my last name. I looked up the phone number on my ID caller and it is in Los Angeles CA. Of course, I plan on ignoring the call but I do believe it is a scam.
