What is Will Lightbourne doing in his office for $1.25M pay?

Social services director Will, Lightbourne earn $1.25M.  Will Lightbourne and his accomplice put my 95 years old mother who was treated by oncologist for ITP and me on the street. His subordinate criminals Charles Boatman, Carol Macroft got promoted for silencing us, innocent citizens. Will Lightbourne did nothing by acting like a deaf mute. He pretended that he didn’t hear the innocent elderly citizens crying, didn’t see it the blood stains in his subordinates' hands, didn't smell it rotten foul decaying odor from his DSS dept, didn't feel our pain and suffering induced by his subordinate from relentless harassment, intimidation, suppression, retaliation.

Will Lightbourne as social services director earn $1.25M knew and got my complaint but not doing anything but to promote the criminals for what they do. You are responsible as a Superior Respondeat.

I am not afraid of you anymore because I see you either got promoted one by one or retired in glory and we, my parent and I, former Rose Garden residents and employees were living on the street. I am not afraid of you because I have nothing to lose. You couldn't silence me as long as I have one last breathe left.

I don't know and I wouldn't know. I only know he never acknowledge any of the e-mails I send him to complaint about of his dss elder abuse perpetrators, his subordinates.

I have ton's of evidences including 750 dollars of hearing transcript I had with Charles Boatman face to face in OAH. OAH ruled in his favor. to Revoked my facility and facility licenses and denial my administrator application again and again.

Who does OAH paid by and work for and in the same building with?

OAH work for the State to protect the State interest. We are California tax payers paid for those lawyers who work in the same building of these judge every day. These lawyers protect the State workers who committed fraud and wrong doing to against innocent consumers. There is no justice but mutual benefit and privileges conveying in these courts.

In these people head "If they(State employees) had committed crime against consumers and innocent citizens, let it be wrong. We are not here to correct the wrong, misconduct, abuse and mistreatment but to protect the State's interest using their knowledge and conscientious maneuver. They were royal to their boss and respectful with their paychecks.

I was evicted and put on the street by 6 sheriffs with all our belonging still in the house (Rose Garden our former residential care home) to my house. I lived in my car, homeless shelter. My 95 years old mother taken to the hospital, to the nursing home. She did not speak a word of English. I had been her care giver and we lived together ever since I was born. We are now separated involuntarily.

I was contacted by people who read the following links. They have experienced the same things, except they hired a lawyer, they got better treatment. My elderly parent and me have no lawyer and was treated like dirt. To understand what happen, here are the links and I had stop writing after the hearing due to severe depression and I was so debilitated.
