Dept of law and investment Daniel White Thisw Daniel White called my cell phone number and told me that my husband was under investigation due to a cash advance pay out that he owed. He had a foreign voice and was extremely rude. This is t alviso, California

I received a phone call a few months back on my cell phone claiming they were looking for my husband. They said that he had taken out a payday cash loan, which neither he nor I ever have. I am not sure why they called my cell number and not his. The man was very rude said "we took off to party with the money". I told him we never took any such loans and that I had the proof that no deposits were ever made in our accounts. He said that the cops were going to come for us. I erased his messages and never heard from him again.... until yesturday. I received the same type of phone call, again on my cell number. This is a scam. Do not listen to them.

Good for you! Now if you want to have fun with them, when and if they call again, tell the guy ,with the American name and accent, to speak carefully and clearly as he's being recorded. That worked for me over a year ago with one of the Buffalo, NY collectors. That company was though up by 2 guys in prison. Another thing is to tell them to wait while you finish your ham sandwich. Buy a police whistle or small air horn and ruin his day. Anything to get back at them.
