These bastards are calling me and demanding a settlement/ payment for a cashnet 500 loan which I never had.I in turn notified the state police, and my HR department at my work and then filled a report out with Federal Trade Commission. They are from NewYork. The number comes up:Cell phone: (347) 640-5533.These people are very demanding saying you better get a attorney or you will be paying 5000 for court fees trying to scare people.I asked for their supervisor and they couldn't come up with one this last time. I like to find out where in New York these assholes are from and make them just disappear from life fore ever, all of them.

These people have a New York number but they are not in New York. They are in a foreign country using a "Throw-Away" Cell Phone or an Internet Based Phone. This enables them to appear that they are calling from just about any location in the US they want. In fact if these people continue to call them you will find that the number will eventually change to a totally different area of the country.
There will probably be several suggestions as to what you can do, but really if you just let them know it is a scam and you are not going to pay them. They will eventually go away.
