Derannique Lumera ReJuviusmax MyJuveliere Bait an switch scam to charge credit cards Greenville South Carolina

I ordered a product named Juviusmax face cream and Juveliere eye creame off the internet. They advertized that this was the creams Helen Degeneres uses to be so young looking. No where was it ever stated about a 14 day trial or a reoccuring charge to your credit card. When it arrived it said it came from Greenville,SC. I had the product for 3 or 4 days and tryed it twice.Then  my credit card was charged $87.67 for the one and 97.88 for the other one. I called the number of customer service on my credit card account.It showed it came from Jackson, WY and the name of product was called Lumera and Dermanique. It took me 3days to get ahold of the company. each time waiting almost an hour and geting disconnected. When I finally reached the company on the third day they said I was over the 14 day trial period and would not refund my money ,but after arguing with them because I didnt authorize them to deduct from my card, and had not been informed of a 14 day trial,and I did not even have the product that long. They counted from the day I ordered the product from them. So they offered to only refund half my money and they said  I had to call each one separately because they were 2 different companies, even though the phone numbers were only a couple of numbers off from the other one.  I received the credit that was promised  3days later but this was a scam from the begining.  

I have noticed since other ads with Helen Degenerese picture on it , the same offer under 2 new  different names for the product. I have Learned when they offer a free trial it is not free!! Hopefully they will not charge my card next month. This is a BIG scam Do not fall for it!!
