THIS JOB WAS PERFORMED AT MY FRIENDS HOME IN KENTUCKY. I PAID THE $210.00 TO HAVE HIS SEPTIC TANK CLEANED.
Mike Stuber, president of this company, was called out to perform septic tank cleaning. We didn't know the difference between the drywell & septic tank so he preyed on our ignorance.
He took the low road and cleaned the drywell out.(A much easier process that doesn't help the septic area) When he left we noticed the toilets and sinks were still backed up so we called him out to fix what was wrong.
He never showed up, he never called. My friends mom said that what he cleaned out was NOT the septic tank but the drywell. When we contacted him he replied 'I cleaned out what I was told to clean out'.
The Better Business Bureau was contacted & after 2 months of proving with receipts and falsified signatures Mike created that he indeed was guilty. However this doesn't do much for the cause. All the BBB does is leave my complaint UNRESOLVED.
They don't even show this on their website, only in their closed files. I'm filing this report to steer clear any prospective customers (or victims). He operates a business on the side called DERBY CITY AUTO SALES too.
