On 6/8/2015 my bank account was compromised by Derma Essence cream using my credit card info without my authirization. The account became overdrafted by a purchase that I didnot place nor authorize. Derma Essence charged $88.70 + $ 3.95 for shipping. Apon contacting Derma Essence about this breach the manager became hostile, rude and persistent in trying to give me all sorts of discounts dispite me repeatly saying "no" to all her offers. She indicated that she could only refund me $21.00 because of the processing and restocking fees. In other words the company was able to swindle $ 67.51 out of my bank account at the end of the day. Buyer beware of this unscrupulouse company whos goal is to milk you for every penny they can get. I cancelled my credit card and started a dispute to seek all funds through my bank.
