*I called the lady told me it's a fourteen day trial which does not state that on their ad, and if you do not call to cancel which I didn't know I had to because you have no idea they enroll you into their system to continually buy their product. They pulled $200 out of our account for the cream and the serum that paid the shipping for that states on their ad, that does not state anything else. I ask for my money back after the lady informs me about the enrollment, I had her immediately cancel it, she was very rude and it's funny because the first time I called which was today the lady had put on a foreign accident, the second time I called, thinking I was talking to a different person it was the same lady the only reason I know is because she said, like I told you the last time you called I offered you a discount, your not getting a refund, and hung up on me. Like she did the first time I called, hung up wouldn't even listen to what I had to say.*
I seen this ad on line called Derma Essence skin Cream for anti aging and a Serum. All you had to do was pay for the shipping and handling for the trial. On the ad it does say you had to enroll, their was nothing stating you had 14 to 30 days to cancel, nor does it state it will charge you anymore for the product just the shipping and handling. Well today I was very surprised when $200 dollars was pulled out of our account from that company. So I called and was lnformed, I was enrolled in their automated service, and I asked the lady how, she said when you get the free trial you automatically enroll and you have up to fourteen days to cancel. No where on the add does it say that. I immediately asked her to cancel! I asked her for a refund because I didn't understand why $200 was taking out of my account and she stated because I didn't cancel my account after fourteen days. Which I never knew I was enrolled nor their was 14 days you had to call and cancel anything. I tried telling her that she hung up on me. It's funny because this women had a foreign acsent. The second time I called it sounded like a different lady answered, I wanted to make sure my thing was definitely cancelled, and to see about my refund. Oh I forgot the lady did try to offer me a 25 percent discount if I stayed a customer, not get money back. But anyways when I was asking for a refund the funny part is the lady goes to me I already offered you a discount and I told you, you weren't getting a refund. Hung up on me again! Wow same lady answered the phone, but why use a different acsent Scam....
