I responded to an offer to try Derma Juvenate for the cost of shipping,
I responded to the offer to try Derma Juvenate for the cost of shipping, $1.99. My credit card was charged the $1.99 on 10/26, then on 11/9 I noticed on my statement that a charge had been made for $89.71. I did not agree to continue to receive this product and was not really given a chance to cancel as the new charge was posted exactly 14 days later.
I read the review posted by Janice and agree with her on this. This company is very miss leading, if they did require that customers cancel or be added to a list to be sent the product automatically every month they shouldn't hide that information in the small print. I will be canceling.
