 I called before my 14 days was up because the product suck, but speaking with the young lady that didn't spoke English well she said my 14 days started the day I order online, Coming from Santa Ana Ca to Georgia i really laugh at her I told her it take 5 days for the product to arrive. So I said ok Im calling before 14 days I don't want it. Well she hung the phone up and charge my credit card even though I said cancel the order. So I have to called my credit card company they advise me to send the order back. I did that with a conformations number from the post office so my credit card company can refund me. So if anyone reading this return this garbage and called your bank or credit card company to tell them u cancel the product but they have taken your money... Please Read. ..
