Derma Skin Stores Avoir Derma Anti Wrinkle Offered a $5.79 trial product. Tampa Florida

I had to go online after receiving a box in the mail to get information to contact this company. I found more information than I was ready for about others being scammed. A little late!! They mentioned Nothing about a club, nothing about receiving anymore of their product. Then an unauthorized charge of almost $88.00 to my credit card. I didn’t ask them to send it, I did not authorize it, I didn’t order it, nor do I want it. I didn’t even open the box when it came. I wrote on it "return to sender”. I contacted the company, who really didn’t care if I returned the unwanted product or not. They would give me a one time refund of $60.00 for a product they sent me without authorization. Besides, they said I had no RA number. Although it’s inside the box!! Because they said I am returning it wrong!! They sent it and charged it to my account without my authorization!! They want to give my a partial refund. There was nothing in the promotion other than trial 5.79 There was nothing about further shipments, memberships etc. Then I’m told they have now cancelled my membership and I will not receive anymore charges, but should receive all but approximately $28.00!!
