Dermabright Dermawrinkle Blast Charged my credit card with out my knowledge Nationwide

On Jan. 27,2017, I placed an order for a trial size of the following products: Dermabright and Dermawrinkle Blast. I called within the limited time required to cancel this recurring order once I saw I was charged the amounts of $92.30 for the eye cream and $97.21 for the Wrinkle cream charged to my credit card on Feb. 12, 2017.  At that time I called and via automatic communterized voice I cancelled. But this did not result in credit to my account.  Finally, after 4 calls I recieved 50% of those charges credited back to my account.

After much discussion with the sales people I took the offer. However, I think this is a rip off simply because this trial size offer for 14 days was misleading in that it was not explained that I would be charged for this trial size in 2 weeks unless I returned the product. 

From Jan. 27 to Feb. 12 is just 11 working days which is usually the count for a trial. But to no avail, post trying to deal with this company, I still felt this to be a rip off.
