Dermagen and Novacare HWC*Youngmehealth, GSW*Youngmehealth Deceptive advertising for products of questionable value Internet

 I was also taken in by online advertisements for Dermagen and Novacare. You can't get a "free trial" of one without the other. While I knew it was trial skin care treatments, it appears as if you have thirty days to try the products since you receive a thirty day supply. i received a second jar of the Dermagen within about ten days of receiving the first which was very late in arriving! If you don't call to cancel within 14 days of placing your order, you are CHARGED for the "free trial" jar of the cream and the Novacare serum. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to read what is in the products...and I am a young 69-year-old woman. The products aren't cheap. My charges were $99.15 and $86.15 respectively AND you're charged twice for each product on the same date -- once for the trial products and a second time for the next month's supply. I definitely think this is fraudulent behavior! What to do? Phone the number(s) which show up on your bank statement. Calmly and firmly state that you want a full refund of all charges. You'll have to do this multiple times. Then ask to speak to a supervisor and continue to insist that all charges by reimbursed. Do NOT settle for partial payments. Eventually they gave in and refunded the money back to my bank account. By this time, it had taken about twenty minutes of their phone time during which time they couldn't be taking new orders. Do not beat yourself up for being stupid. These companies are betting that your self esteem won't be high enough to admit to "your mistake." BE STRONG AND INSISTANT. TOGETHER WE CAN SHUT THEM DOWN!
