DermaGenetix Elevate Aura face cream St. Petersburg Florida

I ordered the trial of Derma Genetix eye serum.  There was a 4 day window to cancel.  I did not know that so I was billed $93.80.  Then I noticed another item on my CC statement that stated "Elevate aura" with a cost of $94.77.  I did not recognize this product at all.  So I called the one number on my CC to cancel the eye serum, which customer service was polite and stated it was cancelled.  Then I called the number under Elevate Aura to find out what it is.  This customer service rep stated it was not their product, and he could not help me. 

But it was the same customer service for Derma Genetix (but a different number - even the hold music and annoucements sounded the same).  So I called the first number again, to ask about the Elevate Aura and that rep stated it was the face cream.  I told him I only ordered the eye serum but they sent one box with both products in it and BILLED ME DOUBLE.  I stated that "Elevate Aura" was not on  the jar I recieved and was a stupid name for a face cream.  I ask for the companies support number and email.  He is refunding me 40% of both the eye and face cream.  Beware of ordering on line and check your statements.
