The magic derma juvenate trial - a cream for the face which is expected to roll back the years.
I received the cream as a present but the press down plunger did not work, so I could not extract the cream.
I phoned them, explained things and asked for an exchange or refund.
RESPONSE: NO SIR, YOU HAVE PASSED THE 7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD AND THEREFORE THE CREAM MUST BE ACCEPTABLE TO YOU.
I have not tried the cream. The cream container plunger does not work - therefore I have not trialled the cream. After 30 minutes of ping-pong.
A supervisor (whatever) came on - SEND THE PRODUCT BACK AND WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY (ABOUT 95 POUNDS).
I have post office tracking notification that they received received the returned cream.
Weeks and weeks later - still nothing.
Lesson to be learnt - don't use them. Their Customer Services blah, blah, blah and exchange policies are awful.
