My Visa card now has been charged $100.19 - without my approval. I am afraid it will automatically continue because there is no way to cancel ,by phone, by email, etc., the original order. Internet

I accepted a free trial for eye and face wrinkle cream (based on testimonials on line). The company only charged shipping. There was no paperwork attached top the box when it arrived, no return address, no phone number or email contact in case i wanted to cancel. I did want to cancel, I have put te half used two jars in a box. But where to send it? Whom to call to cancel? Today my Visa account was charged $100.19! I NEVER ordered any continuous product, I do not want anything but I need to get a rtefund for a $100.19 and a confirmation of cancellation of the entire scam/derma products.
