The "free" trial has cost me almost $400! They charged my card less then 2 weeks after I sent for the "free" trial $184.04. At no time did I authorize this! I have called them 3 times. Each time I hear "please hold for a representative". I have held as long as a half hour and not spoken to anyone. I called my bank and as I was giving her the information she told me they have charged me another $182.04 last week.
