DermaNU Skin Dermanu skin serum unordered products charged to debit card, only one received. charged for five. Internet

 Ordered a trial sample of Dermanu skin serum at $4.95 shipping. There was not further instructions that apperared on my screen. 

     I was called by my bank that I was nearly $500 dollars overdrawn.  Only when I visited my bank to find out why was I aware of this scam.  The I called the company who said they had sent 5 orders

     I did receive the sample and a pkg. that I immediately returned unopened as I had not ordered anything else.  I did not receive any others.  The customer service rep said they had tracking numbers for all orders, but did not give them to me. 

     When I called they said I had to call withing 14 days to cancel these orders after placing the sample order.

     No where did it say that on my PC screen.  I have never received any more that the orginal sample.

   This  company refused to send a full refund, saying they will give back 75% minus return fee of $9.95

   As an older person I am having trouble dealing with this and it has caused nearly $200 of overdrawn fees.   I do not have this money to lose.

    Hope you can help, if not me, then at least others.
