CleanWhites charged me for the sample they were supposed to send me (around $1.95) then if I was not pleased I had two weeks to send it back. I immediately cancelled my order by phone prior to arrival of free sample after reading ripoff. The customer service apparently did not put in the cancellation order so I returned the free sample unopened per advice from my local postmaster. No I did not have the proper label because no one answered the phone soI sent it back so I was not late sending their product back. FYI: It takes over 2 weeks for the free sample to arrive & the free 2 week trial starts when you order not when you receive the product.
Cancelled second time on phone 11/3/09 after receiving a beatup box from them - the original sample was sent back in Sept. . I never received the products that they had charged $79.95 (2x) & $83+(1x) for a product that I never got to try, do not want nor received until 11/3/09.
And customer service is the "pits". Told me I can not return any unopened package even with a return label. When I called my credit card company about 1 charge, they informed me I had 3 charges under different names but all related and would be happy to help me and I would not have to trade my credit card number.
I'm known for my calm attitude, but I turned into an angry person while talking to their customer service rep. They are very irrogant. Scammers/liarers raise my blood pressure. There is ZERO
honesty and intregity with this company. If you read the fine print, they do have imbiguent language that can confuse even highly educated people. It must be quite a money mill and they are making a fortune taking advantage of people like me.
