Like so many others I too was scammed by the "free trial" offer of dermapril.I ordered the product on 7/5/09. I recieved a 1oz bottle of the product on or about the 15th or 16th of July. I realized quickly that it wasn't all it claimed to be. I called customer service on July 29 and canceled my order and was told I would recieve an e-mail confirming my cancelation within24 hrs. and that I would not recieve anymore shipments, nor would my credit card be charged anything. (I made sure to ask that)

I did recieve that e-mail and it said that I would recieve another e-mail within 24-48 hrs informing me of instructions to complete cancelation proceedure.  I recieved that e-mail the same day and it told me that my order was canceled. Gave me a cancelation number and told me to keep the unused portion of the product.

Sounds okay so far.....I think I'm done with them...right? Wrong .....today (8/15/09) when I checked my bank account I found that this company had charged my account for $79.95. I have recieved nothing from this company in the way of product or correspondance since July 30th. So assuming they just made a mistake and I could just call and get it straightened out .

Long story short they flatly refused to credit my accountand told me that $79.95 was for the tiny sample bottle I recieved in June.Two reps hung up on me 3 times, were very rude to me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. These guys are real JERKS. I've learned my lesson ....check with Ripoff.com before ordering anything again!!!!
