Ripoff bad business i ordered DermaSoft as a one time purchase of 4.95 and it suggested that i get the purecell eyetherapy i did they were 4.95 each i got that confirmation through email later i received the same two packages again and i called the next day to see why..she claimed it was a monthly membership but of course it wasnt i guess in the "fine print" well they said that they would cancel my subscription but i couldnt get a refund or return unused sealed product i had just received and was unaware of. They charge my account 89.99 a bottle...claiming they sent me an email No!!! Im a single mom never would i purchase a trial size bottle of face cream fore 89.00 per bottle per month this is crazy i told the sales lady that i could tell they got over on people all the time the way she tried to negotiate a partial refund starting with 35% she laughed when she said i have to check with my"supervisor" Its sad you just cant trust making a simple purchase. i have learned my lesson.
