Dermiva skin care deceptive advertising and misleading information Alabama

They promote a skin care line of free trial for shipping costs only.  I did not sign up for anything else.  Once the product arrived I found that after a few weeks I was allergic to it (which is why I chose the free trial)  There were no instructions in the package and no indication I would receive any more of the product.  A few weeks later a bill for $89.95 was charged to my account.  I never authorized this

I called the company (which is only a phone line in Alabama, no product specialsts there)  They do not give any refunds even though I had a medical reason, an allergic reaction.  I am allergic to glycerin and that is why I wanted to try the product. It was very deceptive and the phone number gets you the call center only, not the actual company. Although I had more questions, they hung up on me.
