One of the best rip-offs known to man kind. I signed a contract on a new home in Sept. 2004. The new homes wasn't completed until Dec. 30, 2005. Upon the finishing Ryan required me to use their lender for $10,000.00 in closing cost. Then they get the entire $10K in fees. This is one of the best kept suprise through the entire process.

I ask them could I use my own lender and waas told i could howver, they would require me to repay the $10K back to them at closing. On top of that the sales mgr.Annette Anderson was very un-professional.

This was my second Ryan Home that I bought. I will never buy anything from Ryan Homes or use NVR products again. In the pass I have recommend five customers who have bought Ryan. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Ryan to any friend or family memeber.

I informed the sales mgr. that I would write a letter to Ryan. She wouldn't give me the mailing address to the corprate office.
