From Apartment building, home ownerships, Car dealerships i.e. 310 motors, etc. He will be friend you, convince you, use you for your credit & or cash. Then have you put a high ticket car(s) in your name $90k - 200k cars, rent them out, receive a large down payment from the people who want to rent them. He then pays 1-3 car notes and lets the car(s) go delinquent. You will go from a 720+ credit score to 400 if you're lucky. Creditors will call you, your friends, your family, anyone who is in anyway linked to you. Then he will not handle the obligations promised or remaining balances. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!
