Initial treatment for a bug issue:
2 treatments for infestation spaced 11 days apart. Great service, good technition. Thank you Michael. May 20th, 2013 and May 31, 2013.
Follow-up warranty work for a reoccurance of bug infestation:
Called Desert Sky on June 15th and scheduled an appointment for June 17th between 9:00 and 1:00. They did not show up or call. I called them and receive voice mail and left a message. I did not receive a response.
I called June 18th to reschedule. An appointment was made for June 20th. They did not show up or call.
We called them and spoke to the owner, Paul O'Neill, on June 20th and 21st and were assured of better service and they would be out on June 21st. You guessed correctly. They did not show up or call.
