I was told over the phone they were authorized dealer, when it clearly states on there site that they are not! When I read this I wanted to cancel my order. They refused to cancel my order over the phone, they said I would have to email them saying I want to cancel my order and then they would then email my the cancelation form. I did this, they emailed me the form and filled it out and emailed it back to them. This was days before my item was suppose to ship. The next thing I know they shipped the product and charge my card. I called them they claimed they never had the second page of the form so they couldnt cancel it. I told them to send me the second page and I would send it to them for the second time! They went on to inform me that if I canceled it now they would charge me for shipping both ways and a 25% restocking fee! Since they shipped it and had a tracking number they knew that the bank would not with hold the charge. So I decided to keep the package and emailed them say that, they then emailed me back saying they rerouted the package because I had sent them a cancelation form!!!! Funny because that was there main reason for not canceling it because they claimed they didnt have the second page of the cancelation form and now magically they do! So they have all my money and the products I ordered!

I will fight this until my last day!
