Designer Home Tending Cathy Cardenas, Designer Home Tending does not refund security deposits! Boise, Salt Lake, Los Vegas, Los Angeles, San Fran, Utah

I rented from Designer Home Tending for a little over a year and had a stellar reputation as a renter. Rent was always paid on time, home was always clean. There were no Realtor complaints. When it came time for me to move out at the end of June 09 I gave the proper 30 days notice, cleaned the whole house. And when it came time for my $575 security deposit to be refunded after passing inspection it was never mailed to me. I contacted their corporate office several times and finally talked to owner Cathy Cardenas who assured me that my refund would be arriving by the end of August 09. It never arrived and she stopped returning my calls. After a few months I filed a law suit at the Ada County Courthouse in Boise Idaho. Cardenas was served and did not appear in court to contest the suit. After winning the lawsuit I called her company over a half dozen times to set up arrangements for payment and, like before, she refuses to contact me back. Designer Home Tending has owed me $575 since June 08 and has now grown to over $600 after court fees. She and her company refuse to fix the problem and comply with a court order to pay restitution.
